Tim Braun is the principal consultant of Braun Consulting, LLC specializing in suspicious death and homicide-related matters. He is a decorated retired law enforcement veteran who has compiled extensive experience in homicide, death, and criminal investigations. The New Jersey Superior Court has recognized him as an Expert Witness in Homicide Investigations.
In addition to his work with Braun Consulting, Tim serves as a Team ADAM Consultant with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), working alongside law enforcement on recent and long term missing children cases. He has traveled throughout the US while
working on several high profile critical missing child cases.
Tim's marque case came in October 2003, with the Charles “Angel of Death” Cullen investigation of America's Most Prolific Serial Killer. Cullen was a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of innocent patients. The case was adapted into a New York Times Best Seller book “The Good Nurse”. Later the story would become a 2022 Netflix award winning movie “The Good Nurse” and 2022 Netflix documentary “Capturing The Killer Nurse”.

Types of murder cases include: LEO murders (4 separate cases), infant/child murders, street crime killings, gang related, domestic violence, organized crime (Mafia hits), murder for hire, witness elimination killings, health care murders, drug related, retaliatory revenge killings, financial crimes killings, serial murder cases and other senseless killings.
